Position Details

Role & Training

• Initial work will be on Frontend Development using WordPress, HTML and CSS.
• Candidate may be transferred to backend technologies depending on project requirements.
• Training includes practical project exposure and mentorship.

Why Training Security Bond?

The refundable security bond of ₹15,000 + GST helps cover training, infrastructure and management costs incurred during the training process.

The bond amount is refundable after successful completion of training or completion of the 12-month bond period as per company policy.

Refund Conditions

• Full security amount (₹15,000) will be refunded if the candidate is unable to meet performance parameters despite genuine efforts.
• GST amount is non-refundable.
• Security amount is payable only after interview clearance and documentation.

Bond Termination Conditions

• Bond may be terminated if the candidate secures a similar role in a CMM Level-3 company, Government Sector, or faces critical health issues.
• If the company terminates employment due to performance reasons (after completion of required working period), the bond may be refunded as per policy.

Additional Terms

• Payroll transfer to a corporate partner may result in adjustment of certain training and management costs.
• All terms are subject to company policies and operational requirements.
